OUR
HISTORY

Because real estate is much more than an asset: it’s a projection, a strategic decision, a collective use, and a lever for sustainability when understood in its entirety.”

We are Marie and Ingrid. Two women, two mothers, two entrepreneurs with singular backgrounds.

Shaped by experience as much as by responsibility, we have built our career path with exacting standards, lucidity and commitment. For over ten years, we have been working in real estate with discretion, in direct contact with public and private players, operators and investors.

Today, this diversified background enables us to approach each project with a cross-functional vision, analytical skills and an agile method.

Each real estate asset brings together multiple human, political, economic, legal, urban and cultural issues. Our role is to understand the interactions, anticipate the balances, and activate the relevant levers, without superfluity or excessive posturing.

We network with the best professionals: tax specialists, notaries, lawyers, architects, engineers, town planners, operators…

Each mission is tailor-made, respecting territorial, economic and human balances.

Marie started out in the arts, then joined the Hersant group in the media, before moving into real estate with BOA Immobilier. After graduating with a Master’s degree in Business Development, she set up her own communications agency, MARIEBEY, specializing in real estate.
At the same time, she joined a real estate group and became a partner from the outset. For over ten years, she has been responsible for the group’s strategic and marketing development as General Manager.

It was in this environment that she met Ingrid and they founded MI-GG Conseil & Développement Immobilier.

Ingrid first joined François Gaucher’s real estate group in 2009 as head of marketing for high-end properties.
After gaining experience in asset management with a private bank, she set up her own company in the fitness sector, which was halted by the COVID crisis.

In 2022, she rejoined the Group with the task of managing business development in France and the Middle East. She was appointed Managing Director, drawing on her expertise and strong asset management skills.

Tell us about your background

Marie :

When everything has to be built, you learn to build”.

I’m of Vietnamese origin. I arrived in France in the 80s, from a family of refugees, naturalized French citizens. I learnt the language at the age of 7, in a context where everything was still to be built – the language, the landmarks, the possibilities.

Growing up with the awareness of having fled war and lived through the post-war period forges a particular resilience. It teaches you to observe, to adapt quickly, to read between the lines, never to take for granted what you get. It also gives you the acuity to understand complex situations and human dynamics with awareness and humility.

My career path began in the arts, then moved into the media, before evolving into communications and entrepreneurship. At the age of 36, I decided to go back to school and enrolled in the Master 2 Business & Development program at NEOMA Business School, where I had the honor of being awarded the prize for the best thesis in my year.

I then founded a communications agency specializing in real estate, before joining a real estate group where I became Managing Director in charge of marketing and strategic development.

I’ve also been a mother and wife for over 11 years. This rich and demanding personal life feeds my approach to projects: with consistency, organization and commitment.

This career path, shaped by life’s circumstances rather than privilege, has given me a lucid, structured and human approach to projects. It has taught me to navigate pragmatically between constraints and ambitions, without ever losing sight of the ultimate goal: to make things happen.

Ingrid:

Entrepreneurship has taught me one thing: to make what doesn’t yet exist exist”.

I became a mother of two at the age of 25. Simultaneously juggling the responsibilities of a young single mother and building a career path meant that I had to anticipate, prioritize and act early on, without waiting for conditions to be ideal.

This environment taught me to stand my ground no matter what, to transform constraints into levers for action, to be both stable and on the move. It also taught me not to settle for a single path, but to chart my own, with what I had and what I wanted to become.

I started out in private banking, then moved on to wealth management, before setting up my own company in the world of sports. This entrepreneurial adventure enabled me to deploy my energy, structure an offer and manage a team. It came to an end with COVID, but it left me stronger, more lucid and even more demanding.

Joining a real estate group again to manage its development between France and the Middle East was a turning point. I consolidated my ability to deal with complex projects, combining commercial strategy, economic pragmatism and a detailed understanding of the players involved.

This path, nourished by effort, commitment and decisions sometimes taken against the grain, has taught me to read situations clearly, to act methodically, and to always keep my sights on consistency and results.
